  • “on my way” Transition planning workshop guide for students and families

    Inclusion BC has published a new resource, called “On my way” Transition planning workshop guide for students and families.” With examples from the stories of Kayla, Kit, Devon and Olivia, the guide is based by age and gives tips and resources to help with the transition planning process.

    Inclusion BC provides transition planning workshops for family groups, schools, and other community groups upon request. If you would like us to visit your community, get in touch!
