    In this blog, we talk with Aaron Johannes and Shelley Nessman about Person-Centred Planning, the state of the art in transition planning and planning for life for people with developmental disabilities. Aaron and Shelley discuss Person-Centred planning as an alternative to institutional planning that “grew out of a passionate concern to support people with developmental disabilities in discovering and contributing their gifts.”
